Received A Damaged Or Wrong Item. What Should I Do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will fix this for you. We will send you a replacement for the item that you ordered together with a prepaid envelope. Please use this envelope to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.

To send your item(s) back to us for a repair please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.

2. Inside the package, please include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • All original packaging sent to you by Factory Direct Jewelry
  • Small Note that says DEFECT or WRONG ITEM

3.  Send your item(s) to the following address:

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

4. Please contact us once you have shipped out the item(s), so we can anticipate its arrival. If you fail to return the defective / wrong items back to us, we will charge you accordingly.
