• Can I Get Store Credit Instead Of A Refund?

  Yes. In order to get store credits instead of a full money back, please include a small note inside your return package that says refund for store credits. For instructions on how to do a return please click here.

• Can I Receive My Refund On A Different Card?

  Unfortunately you can’t. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

• Can The Refund Be Sent Through A Check?

  No. Since we don't accept checks as a payment method, we also cannot refund you in the form of a check.

• Instead Of A Refund, Can I Do An Exchange?

  Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items for an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. For instructions on how to do an exchange please click here.

• When Will I Get My Refund?

  Refunds may take up to 2 -3 business days to be processed after we receive your returned items.

• Will I Get A Confirmation Email When I Get My Refund?

  Yes, once we issue a refund, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us.

• Will My Refund Bounce Back To My Card?

  Refunds will go back to the same card that was used to make your purchase with.
