Can I Cancel My Order?

It is quite unfortunate to hear that you will be cancelling your order(s). To make a cancellation, please follow  the steps below:

  1. To cancel an order please send us an email at support@factorydirectjewelry.com or contact us 888.226.5138.
  2. If your order hasn't been shipped out yet and you want to cancel it, a refund will automatically be issued per your request.
  3. If your order has been shipped and you want to cancel it, items should be returned back to us before a refund is issued.
  4. To send your item(s) back to us for a REFUND please package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery and inside the package, please include the following:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • All original packaging sent to you by Factory Direct Jewelry
    • Small Note that says REFUND.
  5. When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item gets lost in transit, we are not accountable for that.
