Can I Check The Status Of My Order From My Account?

Yes. To check the status of your order follow the instructions listed below:

1. Log in to your account by clicking the Account Settings Icon.

2. Locate orders on the left hand side menu.

3. Click on “Orders” on the left hand side. All your orders will automatically show up. The status of your order can be seen right next to your order.

4. Locate the order you want to know the status of. On the right side you will find the status.

            *** For orders that say “Shipped” or “Completed” it means your order has been shipped and we have emailed you your tracking number. To find your tracking number email please check your inbox. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate your tracking number please contact us here.
