Can I Submit A Return Request Through My Account?

To submit a return request from your account. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account by clicking the Account Settings Icon.

2. On the left hand side, click on “Orders”.

3. Select the order you wish to return. Click “Return Items”.
                ***Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return is still within the 30-day return period***

4. Change the “Qty To Return” to the number of items you want to return. If you are returning one item select "1" from the dropdown menu.







        5. Choose a Return Reason from the drop down box.


6. Choose a Return Action from the drop down box.

  • Repair means you are returning the item for a repair (resizing, polishing etc). No refunds necessary.
  • Replacement means we are replacing your item with a new one.
  • Store Credit means we will give you a store credit that you can use for a future purchase.
  • Refund means you are returning your item for a full refund.

7. Put some comments if necessary.

8. Click “Submit Return Request”

9. You should see this message if your Return Request is successful.
