How Do I Change My Password?

To change your password on your factorydirectjewelry.com account:

1. Log in to your account by clicking the Account Settings Icon.
2. Click on Account Settings.
3. Locate password tab.
4. Type in your new password.
5. Retype your new password in the confirm password tab.
6. Locate current password tab.
7. Type in your current password.
8. Click “UPDATE DETAILS”.
9. Any changes made on your account will be directly emailed to you.
