1. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.
2. Inside the package please include the following:

All original packaging sent to you by Factory Direct Jewelry
Small Note that says REFUND.
3. When sending items back to us we always advise to send them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item gets lost in transit we cannot be accountable for that.
